Terms of Use
All page layouts & graphic designs used on this site are not to be
downloaded & used on any other site.
Graphics & Licenses were purchased to use these graphics in my
personal designs & in any commercial designs I sell.
I save everything I make
in PSP Format (from start to end product) & on Disc to prove
ownership.
For using my graphics on your website.
This Only relates to any graphics I specifically put up for
shareware in our Free Graphics Section.
To use these graphics on your own site you need to upload them to your site
or an image hosting site of your choice.
Do Not hotlink to my graphics, this will result in a complaint
issued to your webhost or image hosting site.
I require that you place a link back to my site if your using any of
these graphics on a website, blog, in an email.
Do not redistribute any of my graphics through any email group,
place on a site for others to download,
add to any graphic collections. No alterations of graphics is
allowed, they are to remain in there original format.
Do not use them to create new graphics or in layouts such as MySpace
Profiles & then claim them as your own.
All our designs were created with graphics purchased either
individually or through paid membership sites
plus licenses were required to be purchased to use some of these
graphics.
I have to follow the creators rules & expect the same from those
that use ours.
Tutorials
Tutorials are not to be saved & shared through any email groups
or uploaded to any groups.
Feel free to link to any tutorials I make & share with your
group.
