Dough:
2 Sticks Butter
2 Sticks Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 cup finely crushed regular potato chips
1 brown lunch bag (optional)
In a large bowl, cream the butter and margarine & sugar.
In brown lunch bag add chips, close bag & crush chips in the
bag with your hand or a rolling pin. Crush enough to fill 1
cup.
Add to your dough and add flour. Mix everything together till
well blended.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Before
putting in the oven, take a fork & gently push down
cookies to indent & flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from pans and while they are still warm sprinkle with
powdered sugar.
Store in tightly sealed containers.
This dough can be made in advance & frozen till a day or two
before baking.
