Banana Bread

This is a real easy recipe & a great way to use up
those over ripe banana's you have sitting that no one
will eat & you usually end up throwing away.



 

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
3-5  banana's (soft & mashed)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Loaf Pan


Mash your banana's in a large mixing bowl (use a large spoon or potato masher)
Add all the remaining ingredients & mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes - Reduce heat to 350 degrees
bake for 45 minutes longer.
Let cool thoroughly & serve
